Wooly Hutch Policies

We want to please and satisfy our customers. It is important to communicate and ask any questions you may have before finalizing an order to have an enjoyable transaction.
Please read the following:

• Prices do not include shipping and handling.
• The customer pays for shipping and handling on all orders.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payments can be made by checks, or money orders.
• Shipment will be processed within 24 hours after payment is received in full.
• The service charge fee on all returned checks is $25.00.
• If damage occurs during shipment, keep the carton and packing intact and contact your shipper ASAP! Afterwards, contact Wooly Hutch for replacement or credit on merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment.
Return policy: We want our customers to be satisfied. All returns must be authorized in advance by Wooly Hutch. Please email us get approval for returns. Returns of merchandise that is resale-able are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All of the merchandise must be returned with the original receipt enclosed within 30 days. Shipment costs on all returns other than damaged goods is the customer’s expense.
• There is no return policy for custom orders. I do send a sample for approval before completing the order.
